Ingredients
- 4 whole white bread
- 4 whole eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- ⅛ tsp ground cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 butter
- 10 whole strawberries
whipped cream

Directions
Mix ¼ cup milk, ¼ tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp cinnamon, 4 whole eggs, ⅛ tsp ground cardamom. Dip your bread in the egg mix
Heat butter in a pan cook the bread for about 3 -4 mins each side or until golden brown on medium low heat.
Stack with strawberries and whipped cream, Add in maple syrup. Optionally you can mix Thai chill pepper honey as well.
