This recipe is simple and mouth watering. The spicy Soy Chili with the juicy Eggplant is just amazing. And just 5 ingredients you make this spicy juicy Eggplant dish so let's get started !!
Stab the eggplant with knife and bake it in oven at 450 F until fork can be easily put in.
Making the Soy Chili - Take 1 tbsp Korean Chili flakes , ½ Tbsp Dark soy , 1 tbsp regular soy and 1 tbsp water and our favorite chopped Thai chili pepper. Mix everything.
Cut the eggplant in half and, In a pan heat some oil and toast the eggplants. and serve with the Chili Soy !!
