Nashville Hot Potato wedges
A spicy and crunchy snack with some cold drinks and a nice movie sounds great right. But why should we have the same boring french fries, let's make a alternative for those french fries. Hot crunchy from outside and soft from inside Nashville Hot Potato wedges are a perfect snack for your movie time.
3 Cup butter milk
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
3 tsp Hot paprika
1 cup potato starch
⅓ cup rice flour
⅓ corn meal
Thai chili pepper
Cut your potato into wedges, boil them for 10 minutes, until they are fork tender.
Take your potatoes and 3 cup butter milk with the seasoning mix -1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 3 tsp hot paprika. mix everything well.
Making the dry mix - take 1 cup Potato starch, ⅓ cup rice flour, ⅓ corn meal, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp paprika. mix together.
Take the potato and coat them into dry mix. Fry them at 350 F until they are brown, take them out and refry them until they are golden brown.
Making the chili oil - Take 4 tbsp olive oil ,2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp garlic,1 tsp onion, 1 tsp salt ,1 tbsp sugar ,1 tsp cayenne pepper and cook for 3 minutes. Coat the fried wedges with the Chili oil and some hot paprika powder, garnish with chopped Thai chili pepper
Garnish with chopped Thai chili and enjoy with cold drinks!!
