You got some ripe bananas at home and you're about to throw them away. Stop right there and don't waste those bananas because I have an interesting recipe for you, The good old banana bread. Simple to make and tastes amazing so let's get started!!
Simple and tasty recipes are our favorite, So today we have some ripe bananas so let's make nice and soft banana bread. This recipe is soo simple that even kids can make it. and you know we make things in our own Thai chili pepper army way so let's get started !!
⅓ cup Yogurt
2 cup Flour
¾ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp cinnamon
1 cup sugar
Thai chili pepper honey
Take the baking mix in a bowl - 2 cup Flour,
¾ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp cinnamon. mix well. In a separate bowl take 2 large eggs and add 1 cup sugar and whisk for 1 minute until the color is pale.
Mash up 4 bananas and add in to the egg mix with ⅓ cup yogurt, 1 tsp vanilla extract , ⅓ cup melted butter. mix well and transfer everything into the baking mix and mix well.
You can’t forget chocolate chips in banana bread (add in as much as you like) Coat the baking tray with ghee and transfer everything in the tray and bake at 350 F for 50 minutes to 1 hour until the bread is cooked.
Garnish with Thai chili pepper honey, whipped cream and some jelly !!!
