You have some Over-ripe bananas at home and you're about to throw them away. Stop right there I have an interesting recipe for you guys it's simple, Just 3 easy steps and you're good to go. Simple tasty and crispy Banana waffles are great for breakfast and are healthy too. Enjoy these banana waffles with some hot Thai chili pepper honey and Maple syrup.
In a bowl mix the following ingredients- 1 ¾ Cup all purpose flour, ½ cup cornstarch,1 tsp baking powder, ½ tsp baking soda, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp ground cinnamon, ½ tsp ground nutmeg, ¼ tsp cardamon, ¼ cup sugar.
In another bowl mix the following ingredients- 3 Banana, 2 Cup milk, 4 tbs Unsalted butter, 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract, 2 large eggs.
Mix both the batter and the flour mix together, apply some butter on the waffle maker and pour the waffle mix and let it cook. Enjoy with Thai chili pepper honey !!!
