Ingredients
Chicken Thighs
Sourdough loaf
Mayonnaise
Lettuce
Tomato
Cheese slices
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp turmeric
3 tsp cayenne pepper
Salt
Olive Oil
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Take your chicken thighs, with 1 tbsp of olive oil and the seasoning mix - 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric, 3 tsp cayenne pepper, ¾ tsp Salt. mix well. In a pan take some cooking oil and cook the chicken for 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
Take your sourdough bread and cut into slices. Toast the bread then apply mayonnaise on one side and place the chicken thing first then cheese slice. Do this 1-2 times. Bake it again until the cheese melts.
Once the cheese is melted, add some chopped Thai chili peppers. Then top up with sliced tomatoes and lettuce leaves. Place the bread on with with some more mayonnaise spread. Enjoy !
