Ingredients
1 lbs Beef
Shell pasta
Onion
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tbsp garlic paste
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger
½ tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Salt
½ tsp garam masala
Mozzarella cheese
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Take a pot of water on medium heat add some salt to it and cook the shell pasta.
In a pan heat some oil on medium heat, take 1 cup chopped onion, cook until translucent add in 1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste cook until toasted. add in 1 lbs beef and the seasoning mix - 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp garlic paste, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp ginger, ½ tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp turmeric powder, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 2 tsp Salt, ½ tsp garam masala. don’t forget to add in our Thai chili pepper.
Cook on medium low heat until its cooked and taste and adjust with salt. Once cooked take the shells and stuff them with the beef filing.
Spray a baking tray with oil and place the stuffed shells in it,Top up with lot’s of mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese is melted, Enjoy!!

Garnish with some cilantro and Thai chili pepper and enjoy !!
