Put your wings in the cast iron pan, drizzle with oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and salt then bake the wings at 350°F for 20 mins.
Broil the chicken wings for 10 minutes
For the Green curry chutney in the blender add cilantro, mint leaves, garlic cloves, onion powder, cumin, salt, lime juice, yogurt, sugar and of course we can’t forget our Thai chili pepper. And blend till it forms a paste.
Coat the chicken wings in the Green curry chutney and serve.
