Simple and easy toast or slider you may call them. These beef appetizers are great for game-day with some cold coke and friends. crispy and savory. And guess what makes them even healthier? They are air fried!! Let's make this simple toast/ slider!!
Take 1 pound of ground beef and season it with - 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander, ½ tsp ginger, 2 tsp salt, 1 tbsp minced garlic, ½ cup cilantro. 1 cup onion mix it up.
Take your white bread slice and spread the beef mix on top. Air fry them at 375 F for 10 minutes.
Take 1 cup yogurt, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin and ½ lime juice and our favorite Thai chili pepper. Cut the bread into small bite size pieces and top up with yogurt. Garnish with some Aleppo pepper and enjoy!!
