Butter Chicken Roll
Butter chicken, traditionally known as murgh makhani, is an Indian dish originating in New Delhi. It is a type of curry made from chicken with a spiced tomato and butter sauce. Its sauce is known for its rich texture. So today we will be making a compact and delicious Butter Chicken Roll !!

Buttery and savory Butter chicken is just amazing, It goes perfectly with Naan or Roti. So today we will be making all these combined in one, Yes we will be making something unique just like cinnamon roll but with Butter chicken. So let's make Butter Chicken Roll !!

Ingredients
Chicken Thighs
Butter
5 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tbsp Ginger paste
2 tbsp Garlic paste
1 cup heavy cream
1 ½ cup Milk
Store bought dough
1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp hot paprika
Salt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions
Take your chicken thighs and season them with - 3 tbsp oil, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 2 tsp hot paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp garam masala. In a pan take 3 tbsp butter and cook the chicken 7 minutes each side. Chop the chicken into small pieces.
Once cooked take the chicken out and in the same pan add in 1 tbsp ginger and 2 tbsp garlic paste with 5 tbsp tomato paste. Add in 5 tbsp butter and the seasoning mix - 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp hot paprika, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper, 1.5 tsp salt or to taste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp coriander 1/2 tsp turmeric.
Cook for 7 minutes or until the tomato paste is charred. Then add in 1 cup heavy cream and 1 ½ cup milk, simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Take the dough roll it and spread the masala sauce on it and top up with the chicken pieces. Cut into strips and roll it like cinnamon roll and bake at 450 F for 30 minutes, Garnish with cilantro and our favorite Thai chili pepper.
Mix the remaining chicken into the masala and enjoy with naan or roti.
