A rusk is a hard, dry biscuit or a twice-baked bread. It is sometimes used as a teether for babies. In some cultures, rusk is made of cake, rather than bread: this is sometimes referred to rusk. So today we will be making a nice and tasty Cake Rusk Tiramisu!!
Tiramisu is a coffee-flavored Italian dessert. It is made of ladyfingers dipped in coffee, layered with a whipped mixture of eggs, sugar, and mascarpone cheese, flavored with cocoa. But today we will be making it the our Thai chili pepper gang way, with Cake rusk and chai!!
Take 16 ounces heavy whipping cream and add ½ cup sugar, Gradually little by little. Blend with a hand blender until it’s thick enough. Then add in 8 ounces mascarpone and blend again until it’s thicker than before. (Taste and adjust with sugar according to your need).
Take lot’s of chai because we will be needing a lot.(cooled down chai). Dip the cake rusks completely in the chai for 1-2 seconds.
Take your baking tray place the cake rusk on bottom, then the cream layer, another layer of rusk and another layer of cream, top up with some cake rusk crumbles. Refrigrate for atleast 4 hours an enjoy!!
