Chai Hot Chocolate
This festive season try something new with a little bit of spice, let's try Chai Hot Chocolate. It's a mix of chai a traditional Indian beverage with our favourite hot chocolate. Let's get started!!
Black tea bags
1 ½ cup milk
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp cocoa powder
Thai chili pepper honey
Boil 1 ½ milk with 2 black tea bags, bring to boil. let it boil for 2-3 minutes, cut off the heat. Take out the tea bags. And let it cool for 10 minutes.
After the Chai is cooled, add in 1 tsp cornstarch through a strainer, and 1 tsp cocoa powder.
Turn on the stove at medium low heat. Stir the mix, and add ¼ cup heavy cream and 4 ounces of dark chocolate (or any chocolate of your choice). Cook until chocolate melts.
Pour into a cup and add in some marshmallow, toast them and garnish with Thai chili pepper honey. Enjoy !!!
