Ingredients
2 Eggs
White onion
Tomato
Cilantro
Garlic salt
Butter
Flour tortilla
Cheese, shredded
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Chop onion, tomato and cilantro finely. Combine with 2 eggs, garlic salt and Thai chili peppers. Whisk thoroughly.
Add the mixture to a hot, buttered pan and cover with a lid.
Once 80% done, place your tortilla over top. Flip the omelet so that it's tortilla side down. Then add shredded cheese and cover with a lid.
Once the cheese is melted, fold the tortilla + omelet and enjoy!
