Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thighs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 whole eggs
- ½ cup panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- ¼ cup rice flour
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Pound your chicken and marinate with the seasoning mix - 1 lb chicken thighs, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp oil.
Coat the marinated chicken in rice flour,then coat in egg wash.
Coat the egg washed chicken in seasoned panko bread crumbs - ½ cup panko bread crumbs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder.
Fry on medium-low heat on golden brown on each side, Serve with seasoned rice and sauce and Thai chili peppers
