Chicken Tandoori Paratha Quesadilla

A quesadilla is a Mexican dish consisting of a tortilla that is filled primarily with cheese, and sometimes meats, spices, and other fillings, and then cooked on a griddle or stove. So today we will be making a spicy cheesy Tandoori Paratha Quesadilla so let's get started.
Chili pepper cooks
Ingredients
1 pound Chicken tenderloins
Kawan Paratha
Mozzarella Cheese
Onion
Cilantro
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ginger
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
½ tsp turmeric
2 tsp hot paprika
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Salt
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Take 1 pound chicken and season it with the following seasoning mix - 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp ginger, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander, ½ tsp turmeric, 2 tsp hot paprika, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, ¾ tsp Salt and some oil, mix everything and let it marinate for few minutes.
Bake the chicken at 425 F for 20 minutes, after they are baked cut them into small pieces. Roast your paratha on a pan add some mozzarella cheese on it and place the chicken pieces on top.
Garnish it with sliced onion and cilantro and our favorite Thai chili pepper. Fold the paratha and cook for 5 minutes on low heat and, Enjoy !!
