Chinese Eggplant Toast

Have you seen a Chinese egg plant it's huge!! So lets make a tasty dish out of it. Today we have a Chinese Eggplant with us so lets make a tasty sandwich toast from it. this is going to be a great one so do share and leave a rating.

Ingredients
- 1 large eggplant
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1 tbsp green onion stem
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- sourdough bread
- Ricotta cheese
- 1 thai chili pepper
Directions
Steam the eggplants, saute the steamed eggplants on medium heat with oil.
Sauce - saute the ingredients you see below until its browned 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp minced ginger, 1 tbsp green onion stem
Sauce - Combine the ingredients you see below, bring it boil and let it simmer for 5 mins. 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1 tsp oyster sauce, 1 tsp rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp fish sauce, 1/2 cup water
Turn off the heat and add sesame oil, Put the sauteed eggplants back in and put some sauce over top of it
Toast your bread, put some ricotta cheese, add some sauce and put the eggplants on top.
