Ingredients
Chicken thigh boneless
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp korean chili flakes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ½ cup buttermilk
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
Canola oil
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp ketchup
American cheese
Cucumber
- Thai chili peppers
Directions
Marinade your chicken with the seasoning mix - 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp Korean chili flakes, 1 tsp salt, 1 ½ cup buttermilk, 2 egg whites.
In a separate bowl take 1 cup flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt and mix well.
Dip your marinated chicken in the flour, then back in the marinade, then back in the flour. Fry in canola oil at 350 F until golden brown.
Add in equal parts mayo, mustard and ketchup to create your sauce. Add in some chopped Thai chili peppers as well.
Assemble your burger with a toasted bun, chicken, cheese, cucumber and homemade sauce. Enjoy!
