Soft shell crabs are usually made into curry and its a delicacy every sea food lover, loves so lets make it more tasty and spicy. so lets get started.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup potato starch
- 1 1/2 tbs white rice flour
- soft shelled-crab
- 2 tsp granulated garlic
- 2 tsp granulated onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
- canola oil
- old bay
- Thai chili pepper
Directions
Mix together potato starch, white rice flour and the seasoning mix below.1/3 cup potato starch, 1 1/2 tbs white rice flour, 1 tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp granulated onion, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp salt
Next, thoroughly coat the crab in your flour mixture and the spice mix below. They should be well seasoned soft shelled-crab, 1 tsp granulated garlic, 1 tsp granulated onion, 1/2 tsp seasoned salt
Toss your coated crabs in frying oil, Fry at 350° until golden brown, basting repeatedly to get both sides crispy.
Once off the oil, season with old bay and top with chopped Thai chili peppers. Enjoy!
