This is a perfect bite size mini burger filled with proteins and is healthy, Deviled eggs are usually made using the egg yolk mixed with spices and chili and then put inside the egg white. this is simple yet delicious recipe you must try. Let's give it go!
Hard Boil your eggs in a pot with 1 tsp vinegar (helps peel faster) for 12 minutes.
Cut the eggs in half remove the yolk in a separate bowl. Keep the half egg whites in a separate bowl.
Making the spicy yolk - Take the egg yolks and mix equal part Ketchup,Mustard and mayonnaise with finely chopped Thai chili pepper.
Take your ground meat and add the seasoning mix - ! tsp salt, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Black pepper powder mix well, and make small size patty (the size of egg).
Cook the patty on both sides put small sized cheese slice on top when the patties are cooked.
Assembling the burger - Take the egg whites fill their center with the spicy yolk mix, place the cooked patty on top and another Egg white with spicy yolk filling and top up with some sesame seeds.
