Ingredients
- 2 piece chicken thighs
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp hot paprika
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cilantro
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Cut up the chicken thighs into small square pieces and marinate with the seasoning mix - 2 piece chicken thighs, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp hot paprika, 2 tbsp oil.
On medium-low heat add oil and cook the chicken until chicken is fully cooked.Once the chicken is cooked add 1 tsp Rice vinegar, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tbsp honey and bring to simmer and let it simmer for about 3 mins.
Add in your ramen and cook for another 2 mins while stirring and coating the ramen fully into the chicken mix. Garnish with sesame oil, cilantro, and Thai chili peppers.
