Take your egg and boil them for 12 minutes (hard-boiled). Once boiled put them in ice water and remove the shells.
In a bowl take the eggs and smash them, then add 3 tbsp spicy mayonnaise, ½ tsp salt, 2-3 tsp chili oil (depends on your preference of spiciness) and a handful of chopped cilantro and add in our favorite Thai chili pepper Mix well.
Toast your buns in some butter, place the eggs mix in between and top up with some hot sauce and enjoy!!
