Whole milk Greek yogurt
Thai chili pepper
Take your eggplant and poke some holes in it with a knife, bake it at 450 F for 30 minutes (depending on the size it may take 45 minutes too) Check with a fork, if the fork goes in the eggplant easily it’s cooked.
In a pan take some oil on medium low heat. Season the eggplant with garlic salt, Cook it for 5- 6 minutes. Season with more garlic salt.
Serve in a dish and top up with whole milk Greek yogurt (as much as you like). Some olive oil and Season with more garlic salt, and black pepper, and squeeze ½ lime juice and garnish with Aleppo pepper and Thai chili pepper enjoy!!
Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!!
