Fried Potato Skin with Dip
So today I have something interesting for you all, It's crispy spicy and easy to make. Let's make some Fried snacks out of the potato skin you're about to throw away. It's simple to make and is a perfect snack for a quick bite. So let's get started !!
3 tbsp Mayonnaise
1 ½ tbsp Mustard
3 tbsp Ketchup
Thai chili pepper
Take your Potato skin, and completely dry them t avoid oil splash. Heat some oil in a dutch oven at 275 F. Deep fry the skin until golden brown. take them out and season them with salt.
Making the sauce- Take 3 tbsp Mayonnaise, 3 tbsp Ketchup and 1 ½ tbsp mustard, 1 tsp lime juice and add in our favorite chopped Thai chili peppers. Enjoy !!
Season the potato skin with some Hot paprika if you want to spice thing's up !!
