Instant ramen are great snacks and sometimes they work as meals too. We are Thai chili pepper army and we love to spice our food up and take it to next level, We will be doing the same thing today with this instant ramen. Lets make Garlic Mushroom Ramen!!
Garlic Mushroom Ramen
Instant noodles, or instant Ramen, is a type of fast food consisting of noodles sold in a precooked and dried block with flavoring powder and/or seasoning. We all know garlic goes well with literally everything so we will be adding it to the Instant Mushroom Flavored Ramen we have today.
Mushroom flavor instant Ramem
Rice Wine Vinegar
Sesame seed oil
Thai chili pepper
Cut the top of garlic, season with oil , salt and pepper and bake it for 15 minutes until it turns brown. Take it out and wrap it in aluminium foil and bake for another 30 minutes at 400 F.
Cook the Ramen noodles in a pot.
In a bowl separate the baked Garlic from it’’s shell, Add in the mushroom flavor packet, 1 tbsp gochujang, 1 tsp Rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp Ramen noodles broth , 2 tsp soy sauce and 1 tsp sesame seed oil and We cant forget about our finely chopped Thai chili pepper. Adjust gochujang and soy sauce according to your taste.
Mix the cooked ramen with the Garlic Mushroom mix. Enjoy!!
Garnish with finely chopped cilantro and Thai chili pepper.
