Garlic Sesame Parmesan Wings

Ingredients
- chicken wing
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- olive oil
- 1 tbs sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic (chopped)
- Thai chili peppers
- parmesan cheese
- chives
- sesame seeds
- baking sheet
- parchment paper

Directions
Mix wings together with olive oil and the seasoning blend - olive oil, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp salt, ½ tsp coriander, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tsp paprika.
Place the wings thick skin side up on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake at 425°F for 15 - 20 mins.
Meanwhile, mix together sesame oil, garlic and Thai chili pepper. Let that sit for about 10 mins to let the flavors mix.
Once the wings are done, pour the sauce on top of them and toss. Add in some grated parmesan, thinly sliced chives and sesame seeds.
