A sweet and healthy with lot's of cheese sandwich sounds interesting right, what if I tell you I am making it using dates. Yes let's make this cheesy and sweet Grilled Cheese Date Sandwich!!!
This sandwich is simple and requires minimum ingredients. Just few minutes and you have a hot cheesy and sweet sandwich. This is perfect for breakfast for kids in morning to fill their tummy and is delicious too.
Take your dates ( soft and sticky ones). Remove the seeds and flatten them.
Take your bread slice and spread some cheese on it place the flatten dates on top, place some more cheese on top and our favorite Thai chili pepper honey, and another slice of bread.
In a pan take ghee / butter and add some cheese to it, place the sandwich in the pan and grill it on both sides enjoy!!
