Thai chili pepper
Take 6-8 tomatillos, 15-20 Cherry tomatoes , 4 large onion peel and cut them in half and 2 whole garlic. Seasom them with Oil and salt and bake at 450 F for 45 minutes.
Let the veggies cool for at least 10 minutes, Transfer them all into a blender add 1 whole Lime juice and Chopped Thai chili pepper and blend until smooth, Adjust with salt and Lime juice.
