Regular fries are boring and, You must have seen the classic shrimp recipe it's tasty and healthy, But today I am going to make something more delicious and mouth watering. It's loaded with cheese and flavors, with soft and spicy shrimps to make these fries merrier.

Ingredients
Shrimps
French Fries
Shallots
Green onion
4 tbsp Butter
Garlic
Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
3 tsp Hot paprika
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp white pepper
Salt
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Take your shrimps in a bowl, add some oil and season them with - 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 3 tsp Hot paprika, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp white pepper, Salt to taste.
In a pan on medium low heat take some oil, add in chopped shallots, stem of green onion then add 4 tbsp butter. add finely chopped garlic. cook until garlic is toasted. then add the shrimp and cook them on low heat so that they won’t burn. then add in our favorite Thai chili pepper, and cilantro.
Take some fries and bake or air fry them until cooked. take a plate place some fries first then place shrimps, season with hefty amount of mozzarella cheese and bake until the cheese is melted. Once melted garnish with some more shrimps and enjoy!!
