Making the Mango onion chutney mix - In a pan heat some oil add in 1 cup chopped onion, cook until translucent, Then add in 3-4 tbsp Mango chutney and cook for 5-7 minutes. and don’t forget our chopped Thai chili pepper.
In a pan heat some butter and toast your sour dough bread slice on both sides.
Add 2 slices of cheddar cheese and the mango onion chutney mix on the bread, sandwich it with another slice of cheddar cheese and bread. Cook slowly until the cheese melts. Enjoy !!
