Cottage cheese
Thai chili pepper

Directions

In a pan add oil and scallions saute until transperant.
Add your turkey bacon strips into the pan and cook until brown, Add some mango chutney into the pan and cook for 5 mknutes.
Toast your bread until its crisp on both sides. Lay it on a plate and cover it with cottage cheese and the turkey bacon mix.
Add some red mango cubes on top and serve.
