Masala Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
- 2 piece chicken thighs
- 1 ½ tbsp oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp hot paprika
- ½ tsp ginger powder
- ¼ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp coriander
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 14 oz milk
- 4 oz shredded cheese
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese

Directions
Marinate the chicken with the seasoning mix - 2 piece chicken thighs, 1 ½ tbsp oil, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp cumin, ½ tsp salt, 2 tsp hot paprika, ½ tsp ginger powder, ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp coriander.
On medium-low heat, cook the chicken with 2 tbsp oil. Once the chicken is cooked, take out the chicken leaving some of the oil from the chicken
In the same pan, the chicken was cooked put in butter and flour, and cook it for 2-3 mins and then slowly add in milk and bring to simmer for 3 mins while stirring. Then add in the cheese packet from mac n cheese, shredded cheese, and chili powder and cook until melted. Garnish with cilantro and Thai chili pepper. 2 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp flour, 14 oz milk, 4 oz shredded cheese, 1 tsp chili powder, ¼ cup cilantro, Thai chili pepper
In an oven-safe pan, put in one layer of the mac n cheese and then some mozzarella cheese and another layer of mac n cheese, and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 450F until cheese is melted. Garnish with more cilantro
