The perfect recipe for lazy people, lol i'am kidding but seriously this recipe will make your life easier by a fraction. you need just a pan to cook this recipe and not many pots or vessels to cook. Just a pan is enough to make this savory and tasty dish so let's make, One Pan Peri Peri Chicken Rice!!

Ingredients
Chicken
Red bell pepper
Onion
Basmati rice
Shallots
Chicken broth
Garlic
Lime zest
Lemon juice
1 tbsp hot paprika
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp white pepper
Salt

Thai chili pepper

Directions
Chop the red bell pepper and onion into cubes and season them with salt, roast them in oven at 450 F until they are charred (slightly burnt).
Toss the roasted bell pepper and onion into a blender with 1 tsp lime zest and 1 lemon juice with the seasoning mix - 1 tbsp hot paprika, 1 tsp smoked paprika, ¾ tsp salt and ½ tsp white pepper,6 garlic cloves, ⅓ cup vinegar, ⅓ cup olive oil along with our favorite Thai chili pepper. blend everything until it’s fine.
Take the chicken and marinate it with the sauce we made, On medium low heat cook the chicken in some oil on both sides for 10 minutes. take out the chicken and in the same pan put 1 cup shallots and cook until translucent.
After the shallots are toasted add in 1 ½ cup basmati rice and toast for 1-2 minutes then add in 3 cup chicken broth and 1 cup of the sauce/ marinade we made. add in the chicken pieces and cover the pan with tin foil and let it cook for 30 minutes. taste and adjust with salt and enjoy!!
