Paneer Cheese Buffalo Wings

Ingredients
Paneer (Cottage cheese)
- buttermilk
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp coriander
- ½ tsp garam masala
- salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp tumeric powder
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- ½ cup potato starch
- ¼ cup white rice flour
- ¼ cup potato flakes
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- canola oil
- buffalo sauce
- Korean red pepper flakes
- cilantro, finely chopped
- Thai chili peppers
Directions
Mix buttermilk together with the spice mix - 1 cup buttermilk, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander, ½ tsp garam masala, salt( according to taste), 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp tumeric powder, 1 tsp ground ginger.
Making the dry mix , mix the ingredients - ½ cup potato starch, ¼ cup white rice flour, ¼ cup potato flakes, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder
Cut the paneer into 3/4" slices. Coat them entirely in the buttermilk mix, and then into the flour mix.
Fry the paneer in batches in canola oil at 250F until golden brown. Mix the fried paneer in your favorite buffalo sauce with Korean chili flakes, cilantro and Thai chili pepper. Voila your Panner cheese buffalo wings are ready.
