Directions
Season the ground beef with the spices - 1 lb ground beef, 2 tbs paprika, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp coriander, ½ tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp tumeric. Mix thoroughly.
Slice your onions and add to an oiled pan on medium heat. Cook for 5 mins or until the onions start to become translucent.
Meanwhile, chop up the green onions. Once the onions are cooked, add in the bottoms of the green onions, then the ground beef. Mix while cooking.
Starting from one edge, wrap the kawan paratha around the cone mold. Make sure to close the bottom by twisting it shut. Whisk eggs together to create an egg wash. Brush the egg wash on both sides of the paratha cones.
Bake at 420°F for 15-20 mins. Once they're done and partially cooled, twist the cone mold out of the center.
Top your ground beef mixture with the tops of the green onions and Thai chili pepper to bring in additional flavor.Stuff the meat mixture into the kawan paratha cones and enjoy!
