Ingredients

Pineapple
Cinnamon powder
Butter
Sourdough bread
Cheddar cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Thai chili pepper

Directions

Slice your pineapple into small pieces, Take 1 tbsp butter in a pan on low heat, place the pineapple pieces in the pan, Season with cinnamon powder and cook until caramelized. remove them after cooked.
Toast your sourdough bread slices in some oil. In the same pan put some cheddar cheese and place the toasted sourdough bread, on top place some mozzarella cheese then the pineapple pieces some more cheese and another slice of bread, put some more cheddar cheese on top. Cook on both sides until it’s crisp. Enjoy!!
