Take your popcorn in the blender and pulse it until it’s crumbly ( we don’t need fine powder). Once the popcorn is crumbly add in finely chopped Thai chili pepper in it.
Take your chicken tenders and add in the seasoning mix - 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin, 2 tsp hot paprika, ½ tsp cayenne pepper, 1 tsp Salt, and 2 tbsp oil, enough to coat the chicken with the seasoning mix.
Crack 2 eggs and whisk them, Dip the seasoned chicken into the egg batter and then into the popcorn crumbs. Bake it in oven at 375 F for 30 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy !!
