Boil your ramen noodles without the seasoning mix. In a bowl take 1 cup Chickpea flour, 6 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp baking powder, The seasoning mix - 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, Salt to taste. And don’t forget the ramen seasoning packet. add ¾ cup water and mix well.
Slice 1 cup of onions and 1 cup of chopped cilantro, add them to the batter with the boiled ramen(once it's cooled down). and we can’t forget our Thai chili pepper!! Mix well.
Heat some oil in a pot, Roll the Ramen-onion mix into balls and deep fry them until golden brown, and enjoy!!
