It consists of items, often vegetables such as potatoes and onions, coated in seasoned gram flour batter and deep fried. So today let's make Ramen Pakora today !!
Hot and crispy pakora with some spicy mint chutney the best snack you can have in a cold winter evening. We have tried ramen in many ways but today's dish is something different. Let's make Ramen Pakora!!!
1 cup Chickpea flour
6 tbsp cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp Garlic powder
Thai chili pepper
Boil your ramen noodles without the seasoning mix. In a bowl take 1 cup Chickpea flour, 6 tbsp cornstarch, 1 tsp baking powder, The seasoning mix - 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp garlic powder, Salt to taste. And don’t forget the ramen seasoning packet. add ¾ cup water and mix well.
Slice 1 cup of onions and 1 cup of chopped cilantro, add them to the batter with the boiled ramen(once it's cooled down). and we can’t forget our Thai chili pepper!! Mix well.
Heat some oil in a pot, Roll the Ramen-onion mix into balls and deep fry them until golden brown, and enjoy!!
Enjoy with some green chutney or mango chutney!!!
