This recipe will definitely give you butterflies in your stomach, It's savory spicy and just amazing. It's simple to make too the Red curry Butterfly drumstick. It won't look exactly like butterfly but it will give your stomach butterflies!!

This is a great recipe spicy and savory and perfect for dinner. It's mouth watering as it looks, Similar to the wide spread wings of butterfly we will spread the drumsticks and make them into Red curry Butterfly wings, Don't worry we wont use butterflies in this. Let's get started!

Ingredients
2-3 Chicken drumsticks
Coconut cream
Thai Red curry paste
Green onion stem
Garlic
Butter
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Hot paprika
Cumin powder
Chinese 5 spice
Salt
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Cut the drumstick in middle along the bone vertically, Open up the muscles around it and cut it partially on both sides enough to make it open up like a butterfly wing. Refer the video for detailed explanation.
Season the drumstick with the seasoning mix-1 tsp garlic powder,1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp hot paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp Chinese 5 spice. And mix well coat the drumsticks on each side
Bake the drumsticks at 400 degree for about 25 minutes.
In a pan heat 1 tbsp butter , 3 finely chopped garlic cloves and green onion stem, Cook them until the garlic is brownish, Add in Red Thai curry paste and coconut cream and cook. You may need to add in more coconut cream and Red curry paste according to taste.
Add in the butterfly drumsticks in the red curry with some finely chopped Thai chili pepper. Voila your Red curry Butterfly drumsticks are ready.
