1 pound ground beef
1 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Thai chili pepper
Take your ground beef and season it with 1 tsp granulated onion, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp coriander, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp ginger,1 tsp salt or to taste and mix well.
In a pan take 1 tbsp oil and add in chopped garlic and bottom part of green onion, with ½ cup onion cook until garlic is toasted. Then add in the beef and cook.
Roll the pastry dough into rectangular pieces and place the beef mix in center add some cheddar cheese on top with our favorite Thai chili pepper. place another piece of pastry dough and using a fork press it from all sides closing it completely.
Prepare an egg wash ( beat up 1-2 Eggs), Apply a coat of egg wash on the closed pastry and bake it at 420 F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!!
