Ingredients
- 2 lb salmon
- 4 tbsp of Honey
- 3 tbsp of brown sugar
- 5 tbsp of Soy sauce
- 4 tbsp of water
- 4 tbsp of ketchup
- 2 tbsp of vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp water
- 2 tsp hot paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Thai chili peppers
Directions
Cut up the salmon in square pieces and combine the seasoning mix - 2 lb salmon, 2 tsp hot paprika, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder,1 tsp salt, 2 tsp soy sauce. Bake at 400F for 15 mins.
To make the sauce, combine the ingredients below in a saucepan and bring to simmer on medium-low heat - 4 tbsp of Honey, 3 tbsp of brown sugar, 5 tbsp of Soy sauce, 4 tbsp of water, 4 tbsp of ketchup, 2 tbsp of vinegar.
After 3 mins of simmering, add in the cornstarch slurry - 2 tsp water, 2 tsp cornstarch.
Once the sauce thickens, turn off the heat, add in sesame seeds and Thai chili peppers, Mix the sauce with the salmon, Enjoy!!
