A super delicious food for all my seafood lovers out there, Let's make a nice soft and tasty Shrimp Croissant Sandwich. It's savory and chewy with all the flavors. So let's get started!!
Take your shrimp and season it with 1 tbsp oil and 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning. On medium heat take 2 tbsp butter in pan, then cook the shrimps.
Dice up the shrimps and add 1 cup mayonnaise, ½ cup diced cucumber, ½ cup diced bell pepper, ⅓ cup diced green onion and ½ cup of cilantro and 1 tbsp Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning(add according to your heat preference) squeeze ½ lime juice and we can’t forget our chopped Thai chili pepper. Mix well
Slice the croissant in to half and place the shrimp mix in between and enjoy!!
