Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken thigh boneless
- 8 oz buttermilk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tsp paprika
- 1 cup potato starch
- ¼ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 slice cheese
- 2 slice tomato
- 10 slice red onions
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 whole sourdough bread
Thai chili peppers
Directions
Marinate the chicken for at least 12 hours with the seasoning mix and buttermilk - 8 oz buttermilk, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, 3 tsp paprika, 1 lb chicken thigh boneless.
Making the dry mix - 1 cup potato starch, ¼ cup rice flour, ¼ cup cornmeal, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt.
Put the chicken thighs in the dry batter and coat well, Fry at 350 degrees F until golden brown about 10-12 mins.
Assemble with sourdough bread, onions, tomato, mayonnaise, cheese and thai chili peppers.
