Soft Scrambled Egg Sandwich
- 1 tbsp butter
Habañero cheddar cheese
Thai chili pepper
Toast your bread in a pan with butter, don't let anyone tell you bread ends aren't good.
Grate as much of your Habañero cheddar as you'd like.
Crack your eggs in a bowl. Whisk them together then in a pan on med-low heat with cheese and butter. Slowly stir.
Once the eggs begin to get the slightest bit firm, turn the heat off, letting slowly cook in the pan. Add in chopped cilantro and thai chili pepper, mixing thoroughly.
Prepare your sandwich and enjoy!
