South Asian beef paratha
Greetings everyone so we have some paratha with us today, you may call it the Asian tortilla , It's thick enough to hold many toppings. So today we are going to make some South Asian beef paratha.

So as you read it we have some parathas with us and you can find them at any local asian market they taste just amazing so lets make some mouth watering beef parathas, Its mouth watering with a burst of flavors, and this is a perfect meal, so lets get started.

Ingredients
Paratha
Red Bell pepper
Beef grounds
Onion
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp hot paprika
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp salt
Ghee / clarified butter
Cheese slice
Thai chili pepper

Directions
Heat some oil in a pan add chopped onions and red bell pepper with a pinch of salt. Cook until the onion are translucent.
After the onion are translucent add ground beef and the seasoning mix - 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Cumin powder, 1/2 tsp Coriander powder, 1 tsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp chili powder, 2 tsp hot paprika, 1/4 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp salt.
Cook everything well and adjust with salt and oil, according to your taste.
On another pan heat ghee/clarified butter and roast you parathas until they are soft and cooked
On the cooked paratha put the beef mix and some cheese slices on top with some thai chili pepper and heat until cheese melts. Voila your South asian beef paratha is ready to eat.
