Directions

In a pan toast your bread slices in Clarified butter (ghee). Place a slice of Cheddar cheese on top.
Cut your red onion into thin slices, place them on the slice of bread with some cilantro, and place another slice of cheese and bread on top.
The key to a perfect Cheese sandwich is to let it cook at medium low heat for about 10 minutes until it’s crisp on both sides. Enjoy !!
