A Buffalo wing in American cuisine is an unbreaded chicken wing section (flat or drum) that is generally deep-fried and then coated or dipped in a sauce consisting of a vinegar-based cayenne pepper hot sauce and melted butter prior to serving. They are traditionally served hot, along with celery sticks and carrot sticks with blue cheese dressing or, primarily outside of New York,ranch dressing for dipping. Buffalo wings are often called simply "wings", "hot wings", or "chicken wings". But we will have something unique in this, it's pumpkin season so let's make Spicy pumpkin buffalo wings
It's Pumpkin season and we know we have to make something out of these big round orange vegetables. What are the benefits of eating pumpkins? Its nutrients and antioxidants may boost your immune system, protect your eyesight, lower your risk of certain cancers and promote heart and skin health. So let's get started and make some Spicy Pumpkin Buffalo wings!!
Take your pumpkin cut it into pieces and remove the seeds, place the pieces on a baking tray with 3 carrots stick ,1 medium onion , 2 blob garlic and season with salt and olive oil. Bake them at 400 F for 50 minutes.
Take 1 ½ pound chicken wings and season them with 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, ¾ tsp salt , 1 tbsp baking powder. mix everything well and bake at 450 f for 30 minutes.
Take the veggies out, separate the pumpkin skin and put the flesh and the other vegetables into a blender with 1 cup bone broth and Thai chili pepper, with some salt and blend everything well.
NOTE- Taste and adjust with salt, add more broth to make the sauce thinner.
Mix the sauce with the chicken wings, garnish with cilantro and enjoy !!
