Take your chicken and cut it into small pieces, season it with 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp cumin, ½ tsp white pepper.
On medium heat take some oil and add in sliced onion and chopped stem of green onion. Cook them until translucent then add in chicken and minced garlic(add as per your preference). Adjust with oil.
Cook it for 10 minutes covered and stir occasionally. For 5 minutes cook uncovered and let the garlic toast.
Boil your glass noodles in a pot, once done take them out.
Making the sauce - take ½ cup gochujang, ⅓ cup soy sauce, and 2 tbsp rice vinegar. add in the sauce to the chicken mix ( add as per the serving). and finally add in the glass noodles and garnish with chopped green onion stem and our favorite Thai chili pepper enjoy!!
