Ramen is a Japanese noodle dish. It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in a broth; common flavors are soy sauce and miso, with typical toppings including sliced pork, nori, menma, and scallions. But today let's make some hot and spicy chicken ramen!!
This spicy flavor packed ramen is just the perfect snack or dinner, you decide that but I can say it will definitetly make your mouth water!! This spicy chicken ramen is on another level, with our favorite Thai chili pepper. So let's get started!!
Take your chicken thighs, cut them into small cubes. Season the chicken with 2 tbsp oil and ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp cumin, 2 tsp hot paprika, ½ tsp Salt.
In a pot boil your brown rice ramen
In a pan take 2 tbsp oil cook the chicken on medium low heat ( to avoid burning the seasoning). Once the chicken is cooked add 1 tsp Rice vinegar, 1 tbsp Gochujang, 2 tsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, Add in the ramen with a dash of sesame oil and cilantro with our favorite Thai chili pepper, Turn off heat, Enjoy!!
