Spicy Coconut Meatball pasta
Spaghetti and meatballs is an Italian and Italian-American dish consisting of spaghetti, tomato sauce and meatballs. Although it is often mostly erroneously claimed that this dish is not found in Italy, combinations of pasta with meat date back at least to the Middle Ages, Today we have some vegan meatballs s let's make some spicy coconut meatballs pasta!!

A spicy and creamy pasta is great for dinner night. This is simple to make and your vegan friends will love it too. This Vegan meatball pasta is just on another level with it's spices and aroma and all the flavor. Without wasting time let's get started!!

Ingredients
Gardein plant based Meatball
Coconut Cream
Pasta (Spaghetti)
¼ cup Shallots
2 Bay leaves
½ Tsp Cumin seeds
3 Dried Chili
1 inch cinnamon stick
½ cup minced Garlic
1 Can Diced Tomatoes
Cayenne pepper
Salt
Thai chili pepper
Directions
Put your pasta into a pot and let it cook, Don’t throw away the pasta water after its cooked. In a pan heat some oil on medium heat add in finely chopped ¼ cup shallots. Aromatics - 2 bay leaves, ½ tsp cumin seeds, 3 dried chili . 1 inch cinnamon stick. Cook until shallots are translucent.
After the shallots are translucent, add in ½ cup of minced garlic (you can use garlic according to your preference) cook until garlic is toasted and add 1 can diced tomatoes, ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (according to your spice preference) and salt according to taste. let it simmer for 10 minutes.
After the mix is thick add in ½ cup coconut cream, and add in your meatballs and let it cook ( taste and adjust with salt). Add in your pasta and some of the pasta water and our favorite Thai chili pepper. Let it cook for 10 minutes and enjoy!!
Recipe Note
Garnish with some cilantro and Heavy cream and enjoy the spicy and creamy spicy Pasta!!
