It's Ramen time! Today we have some green ramen noodle with us and if you know, We Thai chili pepper army love Spicy food. today we are going to make the ordinary ramen into a blazing hot ramen. In just 5 simple step we take the ordinary ramen to a next level.

Ingredients
Green ramen
Green onions
Avocado oil
Garlic (chopped)
- 4,9 mL ginger (chopped)
- 3 dried chilies
- 15 mL paprika
- 9,9 mL red pepper chili flakes
- 2 eggs
- Thai chili peppers
- salt (to taste)
Cilantro
Directions
Boil water, cook the ramen, drain and set aside.
Chop the bottoms of the green onions and add to a well oiled pan. Let it toast for 2 mins.
Add in chopped garlic, chopped ginger and dried chilies. Toast for 2 mins.
Add in paprika and chili flakes. Let it toast briefly.
Add in 2 eggs and scramble them in the pan. Then add ramen, the rest of the green onions, salt, and Thai chili pepper. Mix together in the pan.
Recipe Note
Garnish with cilantro and enjoy the spiciness and chewy ramen.
